1. Custom Pet Cake Policy
• Once ingredient preparation has begun, pet cake orders cannot be canceled.
• Please review the cake ingredients carefully and check for any allergies your dog may have before placing an order.
• We recommend in-person pickup for all cakes.
• If delivery is required, customers are responsible for arranging their own courier. PUNIYA is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit.

2. Custom Artwork Policy
• All custom images are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
• Each custom order includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
• Please ensure you have the rights to use any reference photos or materials you provide.

• Our original characters, JindoDog PUNIYA and NabiCat PUNIYA, are protected by copyright.
• Due to copyright protection and the digital nature of these products, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after download.
