  • Pet Cakes: Once ingredient preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Custom Digital Illustrations: Due to the personalized nature of the work and copyright protection, no returns or refunds are accepted once an order is completed.

2) Original Characters & Copyright

  • PUNIYA’s original characters, JindoDog and NabiCat, are fully protected by copyright.

  • For purchases of JindoDog or NabiCat character images, no refunds will be issued once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

  • To ensure your satisfaction, custom pet portraits include up to 2 free revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the free limit may incur extra charges.
